Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, telephone number, service and area. You can also add a short description of the work. When you submit, the website saves your enquiry for the City Dreams team. No appointment is confirmed simply by completing the form.
How enquiry information is used
City Dreams uses the details you send to respond to the enquiry, discuss the property and requested work, provide a quotation and arrange a service if you choose to proceed. Please share only information needed to explain your request.
Website storage
Submitted enquiries are stored in a private database for authorised team members. When configured, a backup copy is sent to a City Dreams Google Sheet, and the team receives an internal Telegram alert with a link to message you on WhatsApp. Hosting, backup and messaging providers may process this information to provide these services. This version of the website has no advertising trackers; that may change when the agency adds its tracking code.
Communication providers
Telegram processes internal enquiry notifications under its own terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp processes messages you choose to send through our separate chat links. Your email and telephone providers may process communications you initiate. Messages may also be stored on the devices and accounts used by you and City Dreams.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and access time to deliver and protect the website. Website security and diagnostic records are separate from information entered into the enquiry form.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, arrange work, maintain service records or meet legal obligations. You can contact City Dreams to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or discuss deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
